Ernst and Young – Manraj Othi

Manraj works in the Core Finance team for EMEIA Financial Services, predominantly dealing with the UK as well as Western Europe. He now has responsibility for 50% of the business’ P&Ls, creating & developing reports used across all EMEIA FSO. Manraj provides analysis to the firm’s leadership allowing for strategic decisions to be made on the future of the business.

He has been heavily involved in the development of a learning curriculum currently being implemented in his part of the business.

Manraj is passionate about charity work; he is pro-actively involved with setting up CSR initiatives with charities through Ernst & Young and volunteers himself to charities through and outside of work. A particular passion of Manraj’s is youth mentoring as he strongly believes our youth are our future.

Deloitte – Gurpiar Uppal

Gurpiar is a Manager in the within the Enterprise Risk Services (ERS), Business Continuity and Resilience group at Deloitte (www.deloitte.co.uk/ers). He has several years experience in the fields of IT infrastructure, operations, systems administration and IT service management, focussing on IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR). Prior to joining Deloitte in 2009, Gurpiar was responsible for IT Disaster Recovery across 14 countries at a leading Global financial institution. Gurpiar is ITIL v3, Prince 2 and ISO 27001 certified, and is also an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute  AMBCI.

 

Accenture – Manraj Roopra

Manraj received his BSc in Information Systems from Cardiff University prior to joining Accenture. He is currently an Associate Software Engineer within the SAP division of Enterprise Systems incorporated within Accenture’s Technology Growth Platform. Manraj is responsible for analysing the approach and deployment of delivery methodologies and software development lifecycle services. He has worked with a number of prolific global clients within the Banking, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defence and Nuclear Decommissioning initiatives, consulting on data migration strategies from legacy systems and financial business warehousing implementations.
